Application status updates
You will be sent an email when the status of your application changes.
If you would like to know where your application sits in the queue, you can send a blank email to [email protected]
You will receive an automated reply that contains the submission date of the applications that we have reached for processing.
For example, if you contact us in October and receive a date in August, that means we have processed all applications submitted before that date and all those submitted after it are still to be processed. The time frame between the date you are sent and your application submission date should help provide an indication of where you sit in the queue.
We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls and emails. We kindly ask that you refrain from contacting us within the application time frames listed. You will receive an email letting you know when your application status has changed.
