About the speakers
Charlotte leads a team of 20 Risk managers within the UK at AECOM. She is a certified IRM Fellow with a construction and legal background. She has over 17 year's experience and has lead teams across Nuclear, Aviation, Water, Rail and infrastructure for both public and private sector clients. Charlotte was awarded Risk Manager of the Year 2021 by the CIR Awards. Her clients include HS2, Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, Ministry of Defence and Dublin Airport Authority. She has a passion for increasing knowledge and understanding of risk management legacies for her clients. Charlotte enjoys applying traditional risk theory in creative environments.
Greg is CEO and Co-Founder of Nodes & Links. Prior to founding Nodes& Links Greg was an Astrophysicist working for BAE Systems, managing large defence programmes and advising the board of directors on international strategy. Greg realised there was need for a tool that could simplify the lives pf project controls professionals by reducing manual tasks. Greg is focussed on driving innovation and pushing the boundaries of what is possible with technology.
