Join Women in Engineering Queensland for an engaging online speed networking event focused on feedback and supporting career progression. Explore crucial topics such as the significance of feedback, the role of sponsors and mentors, and strategies to empower women in advancing their careers. 

The event kicks off with a keynote speaker introducing the main theme, followed by randomized breakout rooms for each 20-minute round. Each round features specific prompts designed to spark meaningful conversations and connections. Don't miss this opportunity to network and gain valuable insights into career development and support systems.

Ashley has over 10 years’ experience working within the Engineering and Resources sector with the last five years spent in Central Queensland. Ashley has held leadership roles within the mining sector, from her current role in leading Stanmore’s Business improvement capability at South Walker Creek to being the only female Maintenance Supervisor in five years within a Maintenance workshop of 600 workers with BHP. Ashley is passionate about combining Technology and Engineering to solve our challenges and creating inclusive environments within male dominated industries in learning together in teams built upon respectful feedback and establishing supportive networks through mentoring.
